ADIDAS KING OF THE ROAD 2011

adidas King of the Road 2011 is a running championship held across 5 countries - Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines.

Each country is a qualifying leg towards the finals, which will be held in the Philippines on 23rd October 2011. The winners and runner-ups of the Men Close and Women Close 16.8km Category will win an all-expenses paid trip to the Philippines to compete with the best of the best in Southeast Asia.

Only citizens or PRs are eligible for the championship title of the King of the Road for Southeast Asia. Foreigners are welcomed to take part and compete for the prizes offered but not the title.

Race Distance
The championship race distance is 16.8km or 10km. You will be able to complete 2 marathons (84km) over 5 countries with adidas KOTR 2011.

15 May 2011	- Thailand
28 August 2011	- Singapore
25 September 2011	- Indonesia
2 October 2011	- Malaysia
23 October 2011	- Philippines

An estimated total of 40,000 runners are expected to pound the pavement across Southeast Asia.
Registration for the Malaysian leg of the race starts on the 20th of April and closes on the 31st of July.
All registration fees must be paid online during your online registration process.
* Only online payments are accepted. We do not accept cash, cheque and debit card payments.Entry fees as stated below are applicable to all participants:

1. RM50 for 16.8km
2. RM35 for 10 km

Each category is limited to a number of participants :

The Malaysian Winner and Runner-up for both Men Close and Women Close 16.8km Category will represent Malaysia at the Grand Finals of the adidas King of the Road Championship 2011 in Manila, Philippines on the 23rd of October, with all expenses paid by adidas Malaysia.

Their appearance at the Grand Finals is subject to the acceptance of terms & condition as determined by adidas Malaysia.
