5th AGM AND ANNUAL DINNER - 01.11.2009

TO: ALL VALUED MEMBERS OF BROOKS RUNNING CLUB

We are pleased to announce that the 5th AGM/Annual Dinner will be held as follows:-

DATE: 1st November 2009 (Sunday)
PLACE: IPOH CITY & COUNTRY CLUB, IPOH (ICCC IPOH)
TIME: 7.30pm

Please be informed that we will be holding our ANNUAL CLUB RUN on the same day (01.11.2009) in the morning at 7.30am at Thompson Pines. Trophies will be awarded to each and everyone who participated in the run and on top of this, there will be special trophies for the top winners.

We will be charging a nominal fee of RM10.00 per member for both the dinner and annual run. Non member/guest will have to pay RM30.00 per person (for the dinner only). There will be many lucky draw prizes and all members will be entitled to the draws on that night.

Please confirm your attendance to any of the committee member.
