Please be informed that we will be holding our ANNUAL CLUB RUN on the same day (01.11.2009) in the morning at 7.30am at Thompson Pines. Trophies will be awarded to each and everyone who participated in the run and on top of this, there will be special trophies for the top winners.

We will be charging a nominal fee of RM10.00 per member for both the dinner and annual run. Non member/guest will have to pay RM30.00 per person (for the dinner only). There will be many lucky draw prizes and all members will be entitled to the draws on that night.

THAILAND 5TH OCEAN TO OCEAN RELAY RUNNING

QUARTER AND RELAY RUNNING

DATE: 1ST NOVEMBER 2009

TIME: 6AM

A RELAY EVENT CONSISTS OF 8 RUNNERS STARTING FROM THE PACIFIC OCEAN TO THE HINDI OCEAN. THE ROUTE IS DIVIDED TO 24 STAGES. EACH RUNNER IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE 3 STAGES WHICH IS LESS THAN 21KM IN TOTAL FOR EACH RUNNER.
